Do you make custom designs?
All my products are fully customisable. You can choose colours, themes, names, or send your own idea, and I’ll create it the way you want it.
How do I place an order?
You can shop directly on the website. Add your items to the cart, check out, and make payment online. Once your order is placed, I’ll start working on it.
How long does an order take?
Orders take about 10 days to make. I always try to finish sooner, but it depends on the type of product. This timeline doesn’t include delivery.
Can I design my own images?
Yes. You’re welcome to send any images, designs, or inspiration you want to use. I’ll let you know if anything needs adjusting for the best quality.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Courier delivery is available nationwide. Delivery costs depend on the size of your final product/s & which option you choice.
What happens if my parcel is damaged?
If something arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos. I’ll assist with a replacement or solution as soon as possible.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Sometimes. It depends on my schedule and the product. Send me a message and I’ll let you know if I can squeeze it in.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Bulk orders for events, parties, or corporate gifts are welcome. Just mention the quantity when you request your quote.
